Sekhukhune United FC played to a 1-0 defeat on their visit to Polokwane, where
they met with Baroka FC at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday evening.
Fresh off a 1-1 draw at home to Stellenbosch FC, Babina Noko were looking to inflict
more pain on the hosts, who were reeling from a defeat,
Baroka threatened early on, with Ananias Gebhardt shooting from long range in the
second minute and forcing a good save from Sekhukhune United FC goalkeeper
Toaster Nsabata.

The visitors had a chance in the 52th minute when Sekhukhune United FC top goal
scorer striker Chibuike Ohizu struck an effort but he was flagged offside
At the other end of the field, Babina Noko had a half-chance to find an equalizer
when Charlton Mashumba sets the ball inside the box and it finds Prince Nxumalo
but his header was note converted.
Babina Noko made a double change at the start of the second half, with Sibusiso
Hlubi and Nkanyiso Madonsela coming off the bench, for Blessing Sarupinda and
Tshediso Patjie respectively

Sekhukhune United FC will be back at home in DStv Premiership action on Saturday
evening 25 th September where they will be hosting Golden Arrows at Emirates Airline
