Pre-Season Fitness Tests

Sekhukhune United went on a pre-season testing and training at High Performance Centre (HPC) situated on the Hillcrest Sport Campus of the University of Pretoria as part of the preparation for the forthcoming 2021/22 football season. The pre-season testing and training were under the watchful eyes of coach MacDonald Makhubedu and his technical team. The coach, Macdonald Makhubedu indicated that “testing of players prior to participate in football has become a norm and important part of injury prevention initiative around the globe and in various sports code.
