Babina Noko got off to the perfect start as captain Yusuf Maart opened the scoring after just three minutes into the first half.
The home team managed to get a stoppage time equalizin goal, to send the match to extra time.
The visitors created better chances to end the tie in extra-time but were let down by their finishing as the game advanced to a penalty shoot-out.
