On behalf of Sekhukhune United Football Club (SKUFC), I would like to wish our supporters a happy and safe Easter weekend. Many will be traveling using various modes of transportation and spending long hours on the road. It is against this background that we are calling on all road users to observe the road regulations and most importantly – Arrive Alive.
We are two months away from the end of the 2020/2021 GladAfrica Championship season, a season that was unusual due to the impact of covid-19, thus making the season short and congested.
I hope what we have delivered so far is something you are proud of, and that you will continue to rally behind the team till the end.
I would like to acknowledge our players for their contribution thus far and hope they continue to work hard to make you proud.
Success is not a simple task but always achievable. That is a trait I want to see undertaken by all the players and the technical team. It has been particularly heart-warming to see the commitment showed by the members of the team.
Our progress will continue. A lot has been done and a lot more to do. We will remain committed, focussed, strong, and most importantly ‘Together’.
The technical team and the players are hard at work preparing for the remainder of the season and I wish them well.
I would like to once again plead with our supporters to respect the restrictions set out by the government. In doing so, we will overcome this pandemic and get back to living our normal lives.
Let us all be safe and have an enjoyable and safe Easter Weekend Babina Noko.
