Sekhukhune United Football Club will be welcoming Stellenbosch FC for their DSTV premiership encounter this Saturday evening, 17:30 at New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
It will be Babina Noko’s 8th league fixture since the commencement of the 2022/23 DSTV Premiership League season. In the last fixture against Cape Town City FC at Athlone Stadium, Babina Noko managed to get a point after playing to a goalless draw. It was Sekhukhune United third draw of the season, and have secured one victory and 3 defeats across the campaign.
Having collected a point in their previous match, Babina Noko will be looking to increase the tally in their home soil.

Talking on the behalf of his teammates, SKUFC striker Siyabulela Shai revealed that everybody is motivated because they are coming from an away game in Cape Town. It was not an easy game but the team came back with a solitary point against The Citizens.
Shai conveyed message to Babina Noko supporters that they want to do good so that by the end of the DStv Premiership season, they can finish within top eight or on the top four. However, they are going to work hard to make Babina Noko supporters’ happy.
