Ends in a stalemate in Emirates Airline Park

Sekhukhune United and SuperSport United played to a 0-0 draw in a 2021-22 DStv Premiership match at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday evening.

Yusuf Maart and Teboho Mokoena both tried their luck from distance, but neither failed to test the goalkeeper at either end of the pitch.

Babina Noko suffered a huge blow before the hour mark as the influential Edwin Gyimah was forced off the field with a back injury.

in the end, the two teams had to settle for a share of the spoils. The result leaves the two clubs in sixth and eighth spots on the league standings respectively with one game remaining before the Christmas break.
